Located on the banks of the River Aire, next to the Royal Armouries Museum, it is just a ten-minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of the city centre. The excellent road, rail and bus network will provide ample opportunities to sample the diversity of Yorkshire. With beautiful countryside, exceptional places of interest and stunning beaches, there is something for everyone on your doorstep at Clarence Dock.

Available from mid July to mid September each year, the Apartments are arranged in flats of five single ensuite bedrooms with a kitchen. Rooms are available on a single occupancy basis or else a whole flat can be booked to provide exclusive use for a larger group or family.

Walking (from the Train Station)

By Road
The M1 motorway splits and becomes the M621. Follow the signs for Leeds City Centre M621 (stay in right hand lane). Exit at Junction 4 - City Centre/Holbeck - follow signs for the Royal Armouries.

By Train
Leeds City Station is one and a half miles from Clarence Dock and provides an excellent service with full intercity connections and an hourly service from London.

By Bus
Take the number 28 First Group bus from outside Leeds Bus station (near the market). Clarence Dock is only a short, 5 minute, ride away. Buses normally run every 20 minutes. More information can be found on the First website at www.firstgroup.com

By Air
Leeds/Bradford International Airport is just 20 minutes from the city. There are daily services to Europe with shuttle services to London. Manchester International Airport is connected to Leeds by frequent rail services and a good motorway network.
